BONELESS MUTTON CURRY

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Boneless Goat 

RECIPE:

  1. Add 150 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), add the paste to it, and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of Goat to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden color.
  4. Add required water consistency and let it boil.
  5. Add 100 ml coconut paste and boil till it is done.

BONELESS MUTTON CURRY IS READY

(Add Curry and Coriander leaves for garnish if needed)
