Simple ingredients, simpler steps
PREREQUISITE:
- Wash 1 pound of Boneless Goat
RECIPE:
- Add 150 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
- Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), add the paste to it, and saute until oil separates.
- Add 1 pound of Goat to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden color.
- Add required water consistency and let it boil.
- Add 100 ml coconut paste and boil till it is done.
