CHICKEN CHINTAMANI

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Chicken

RECIPE:

  1. Add 150 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 75 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of washed Chicken to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden.
  4. Add water to the required consistency and let it boil till done.

 

CHICKEN CHINTAMANI IS READY

(Add Dry Chilli, Curry and Coriander leaves for garnish if needed)
