Simple ingredients, simpler steps
PREREQUISITE:
- Wash 1 pound of Chicken
RECIPE:
- Add 150 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
- Warm 75 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates.
- Add 1 pound of washed Chicken to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden.
- Add water to the required consistency and let it boil till done.
