DUM BIRYANI

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

Wash and Cook 1 pound of Goat or Chicken or Mix Vegetables

Wash 1 pound of Basmati or Seeraga Samba Rice

RECIPE:

  1. Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 125 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of cooked Goat or Chicken or Vegetables to the mix and saute it till it turns golden. Add 100 ml Curd and saute for 5 min.
  4. Add REQUIRED water based on rice and allow to boil. Once boiled, add 1 pound of biryani rice, half lemon, 25 ml Ghee & mint leaves.  

 

DUM BIRYANI IS READY

(Add Mint and Coriander leaves for garnish if needed)
