FISH KUZHAMBU

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Fish

RECIPE:

  1. Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 400 ml water in the paste, let it boil well and add 200 ml coconut milk or paste and allow to boil till it is done
  4. At last, add 1 pound of washed Fish and allow for one boil and stop.

 

FISH KUZHAMBU IS READY

(Add Coriander and Curry leaves for garnish if needed)

Allow 4 hrs to 6 hrs for better aroma.
