Simple ingredients, simpler steps
PREREQUISITE:
- Wash 1 pound of Fish
RECIPE:
- Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
- Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates.
- Add 400 ml water in the paste, let it boil well and add 200 ml coconut milk or paste and allow to boil till it is done
- At last, add 1 pound of washed Fish and allow for one boil and stop.
FISH KUZHAMBU IS READY
(Add Coriander and Curry leaves for garnish if needed)
Allow 4 hrs to 6 hrs for better aroma.
