GUNTUR KODI KURA

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Chicken.

RECIPE:

  1. Add 150 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of washed Chicken to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden.
  4. Add (250-350ml) water or to the required consistency and let it boil.
  5. When it is boiling, add 100 ml coconut paste and allow to boil till it is done.

 

GUNTUR KODI KURA IS READY

(Add Coriander leaves for garnish if needed)
