Simple ingredients, simpler steps
PREREQUISITE:
- Wash 1 pound of Chicken.
RECIPE:
- Add 150 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
- Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates.
- Add 1 pound of washed Chicken to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden.
- Add (250-350ml) water or to the required consistency and let it boil.
- When it is boiling, add 100 ml coconut paste and allow to boil till it is done.
