Simple ingredients, simpler steps
PREREQUISITE:
Wash 250 grams of Brinjal or Okra or Garlic
RECIPE:
- Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
- Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates.
- Add washed Brinjal or Okra or 250 grams of Garlic to the mix and saute it well.
- Add 300 ml water and 200ml coconut milk or paste to allow it to boil till it is done.
