Simple ingredients, simpler steps
PREREQUISITE:
- Wash 1 pound of Goat
RECIPE:
- Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
- Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), add the paste to it, and saute until oil separates.
- Add 1 pound of Goat to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden color.
- Add 300 ml water or to the required consistency and let it boil.
- After cooking, add 100 ml coconut milk or paste and boil till it is done.
