MUTTON KUZHAMBU

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Goat 

RECIPE:

  1. Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), add the paste to it, and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of Goat to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden color.
  4. Add 300 ml water or to the required consistency and let it boil.
  5. After cooking, add 100 ml coconut milk or paste and boil till it is done.

MUTTON KUZHAMBU IS READY

(Add Coriander and Curry leaves for garnish if needed)
