NATTU KOZHI VARUTHA CURRY

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Chicken and cook in a pressure cooker with 200 ml water.

RECIPE:

  1. Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of Chicken to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden.
  4. Add 300 to 350 ml of water or to the required consistency and let it boil.
  5. After boiled, add 100 ml coconut milk or paste and boil till it is done.

 

NAATU KOZHI VARUTHA CURRY IS READY

(Add Red Chilli, Curry and Coriander leaves for garnish if needed)
