PALLIPALAYAM CHICKEN CURRY

Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Chicken

RECIPE:

  1. Add 150 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of washed Chicken to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden.
  4. Add (200 to 300 ml) water or to the required consistency and let it boil.
  5. When it is boiling, add 100 ml coconut milk or paste and boil till it is done.

 

PALLIPALAYAM CHICKEN CURRY IS READY

(Add Sliced Coconut, Red Chilli and Coriander leaves for garnish if needed)
