Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

  • Wash 1 pound of Chicken or Mixed Vegetables

RECIPE:

  1. Add 200 ml hot water to the pack contents and mix it into a coarse paste.
  2. Warm 100 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add paste to it and saute until oil separates. 
  3. Add 1 pound of washed Chicken or Mixed Vegetables to the mix and saute it till the meat turns golden.
  4. Add (300 to 350 ml) water or to the required consistency and let it boil.
  5. When it is boiling, add 150 ml coconut paste and boil till it is done.

 

SAALNA IS READY

(Add Curry and Coriander leaves for garnish if needed)
