Simple ingredients, simpler steps

PREREQUISITE:

 Wash.250 grams of Mix Vegetables or Radish or Okra or Raw Banana or Bottle    Gaurd

RECIPE:

  1. Warm 75 ml oil (peanut preferred), and add .250 grams of washed Vegetables to the mix and saute it well.
  2. Add required water (approximately 500-600 ml water) or required water for consistency.
  3. Add the entire pouch quantity and allow to boil till it is done.

 

(Add Thalippu Ghee, Jeera, Red Chilly, Curry leaves and Coriander for garnish)
